Guardian Calling Service The Guardian Calling Service permits you to enter pertinent information to initiate daily calling to a loved one at a selected time. If the loved one does not answer or respond by pressing a number on their phone, the system redials the individual two more times in five minute intervals attempting to get an answer and the proper response. After the three attempts, the system escalates to calling a key holder: family members, pastors, or others who are concerned or responsible for the individual. They are contacted in a rotating sequence, ensuring someone responds positively to check on the person. To sign up for this service, click here.
